GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking laws and regulations, including BSA and AML, is responsible for working with account level maintenance, processing CD/IRA cards, and various other duties. Assists customers and employees with inquiries regarding CD/IRA accounts.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for completing all file maintenance on CD/IRAs. This duty is performed daily, about 40% of the time.

2. Reviews and verifies all new account information on account system to ensure accuracy. This duty is performed daily, about 30% of the time.

3. Assists banking center personnel and customers with questions related to CD/IRAs. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

4. Responsible for creating/inputting data into Excel spreadsheet reports. This duty is performed monthly, about 5% of the time.

5. Responsible for assisting and tracking all CD/IRA redemptions. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.

6. Responsible for processing and/or having knowledge about processing CDARS. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.

7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; and color vision.
