JOB SUMMARY: This position will provide subject matter expertise to Sales and Account Management in support of support of complex MultiPlan services such as regulation-related, or proprietary analytical services. Incumbent will be the client-facing subject matter expert to present those products and services to achieve annual sales goals.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partner with all necessary stakeholders such as Legal, IT and Operations to maintain subject matter expertise in regulatory requirements, client use cases, product feature/function, and all aspects of operational processes.
2. Ensure sales and account management staff is sufficiently trained to drive sales of related services.
3. Help to drive sales by supporting Client Directors and Client Managers in presenting solutions to prospects throughout the sales cycle, with increasing involvement as the opportunity moves through the pipeline.
4. Help to ensure efficient and successful implementations by participating as needed to guide and support customers throughout the process.
5. Ensure implementation teams are trained to support all desired client preference variations, and able to translate the client-facing product descriptions with internal configuration options
6. Participate as needed in client post-implementation service drill downs and updates to ensure customer satisfaction with services purchased.
7. Deliver customer input to the product and operations teams to help improve existing and future service enhancements.
8. Ensure service staff is sufficiently trained to respond to customer, member and provider inquiries.
9. Inform and participate on all marketing materials and activities related to the services.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
12. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE: The incumbent works under minimal direction and exercises discretion and independent judgment when completing job responsibilities. The incumbent uses a broad range of knowledge gained through extensive experience; work is varied and complex. The incumbent is an integral member of the sales team. In addition, this job strategically partners with other leadership roles to plan strategies to ensure efficient operations and achievement of business objectives. An incumbent functions as an expert to evaluate and understand potential impact of corporate decisions, direction and strategy on the customer.
