As anInsideSales Representative, you'llserve as the liaison betweenoutside sales,partners within the organization, and existing customers. You'll be responsible formanaging customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries,determiningcredits for customers when appropriate, and more!You'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours!

High school diplomaor equivalentrequired
Two years of previous customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
