Land Intern

Lennar is seeking a dynamic Land Intern to obtain the knowledge and know-how, through a Mentor/Mentee relationship with Division personnel, to successfully be responsible for supporting the land departments. This includes learning the approvals, acquisition and financial proformas for potential land opportunities.



Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to follow and successfully complete structure training program
  • Ability to learn all phases of Land
  • Ability to research municipalities as directed.
  • Ability to prepare proformas and financial models with the guidance of Acquisition Dept.
  • Ability to prepare various reports, and studies as directed for acquisition process.
  • Ability to help in the due diligence process by gathering pertinent information and assist in the assemblage of the Acquisition Green Book
  • Other Duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Valid auto insurance coverage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
