Looking for a motivated, self- starter to help manage the Giant Direct shoppers and orders. Giant Direct is a department where the customers order their groceries online and come to the store to pick up their order a few hours later. The facilitator's job is to check each order before it goes out the door to ensure that all of the items on the customer's list has been gotten, plus makes sure that the groceries picked are the freshest and of the highest quality. Some customers allow substitutions for out of stock items, where some do not want substitiutions. You must verify the substitutions to make sure that they make sense for the order. One example is if someone has all gluten-free items, you would not put a non-gluten free item in their order. Shifts are between 4-8 hours, depending on age, availability and needs of the department.
