Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CPG Brand Manager who is passionate about strategically driving brand growth, actioning consumer insights and deliveringinnovative products and marketing campaigns to grow a priority brand in Bimbo Bakeries USA - St. Pierre Bakery.

St. Pierre's mission is to bring the joy of French bakery to brioche lovers around the world. Six centuries of French baking and patisserie know-how go into every St Pierre product. From golden brioche over lace-thin crepes to lightly layered croissants, the brand's indulgent treats transport consumers to the boulevards and terraces of the City of Lights.

As US Brand Manager of St. Pierre, youwill lead cross-functional teams and be the voice of the US consumer to developlocal brand strategy, innovation roadmap, digital media strategy, and brand communicationcampaigns forthe brand - bringing the authentic Parisian experience into every home across the US.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute development of local brand strategy in close coordination with Senior Marketing Director, Global St. Pierre marketing team, Omnichannel team, Media, Analytics and Content (MAC) team, Innovation, Research &Development (R&D), Manufacturing, Business Development team, and Key Customers.
  • End-to-end management of consumer opportunities for the brand, inclusive of strategic opportunity identification, market positioning, partnership on program /communication development/ innovation strategy and tracking ofmetrics.
  • Collaborate with Omnichannel team to design and implement a cohesive go to market strategy for key marketing initiatives that will drive results in retail andecommerce that ladders up to the brand's overallstrategy.
  • Lead brand strategy execution including annual brand plans and strategic plans including five-year innovation and communication visions, collaborating withsenior branddirector.
  • Embrace the consumer, collaborating with the insights and research teams to uncover and analyze consumer insights to drive brand growth. High level ofcomfort pulling and analyzing data from sources such asCircanais required.
  • Partnership with Business Development team on sales presentations, sell sheets and field communication development, and supporting the execution of display and distribution targets.
  • Budget management- Be a sharp operator with a founder's mentality to manage brand budgets efficiently, not accepting waste and unnecessaryspending.
  • Collaborate with creative agency partners and content strategists to lead the communications and creative strategy to create award-winningcommunication that wins both the hearts and minds of ourconsumers.
  • Collaborate with the MAC team on annual media plans informed by performance metrics and Marketing Mix Analysis and lead overall mediastrategy.
  • Be a cross-functional leader, partnering alongside with global brand team, innovation team, and sales to generate a pipeline and launch plan for newproducts.
  • People leader, with responsibility for one direct report
  • Willing to travel10%to stay engaged with consumers and key customers.

Education and Work History:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. MS or MBA preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience, CPG preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate business insights from diverse data sources and use that data to convey compelling selling stories/solutions for the sales force.
  • Working knowledge of marketing plan development and execution.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (and margin miner or MicroStrategy if internal)
  • Fluid in IRI Consumption database
