As theOrganizational Design Partner,you will play an important part in helping PPG have operating structures that bring our business strategies to life. Your expertise in OD - and related contracting, and networking skills - will be used to help support our 52,000+ strong workforce in 73 countries. You will be seated in Pittsburgh, PA at our General Office.

Key Responsibilities
*Develop our One PPG approach to organizational design. Delivering expert-level OD services and leading PPG organizational design review across several businesses and countries.
*Be the consultant/advisor in the facilitation of any/all parts of end-to-end organizational design processes. Accountable for the outcomes of a design project.
*Be the SME for all aspects ranging from minor changes to transformational change. Contributing not only to providing successful outcomes of specific organizational design programs, but also helping build the organizational design capability through related processes to allow the success of the organizational design practice.
*Lead the process of aligning senior leaders on future strategy and macro design of the PPG. You will engage with leaders (often at an executive level) as the primary relationship and process lead.
*Collaborate with global HR Partners to develop scalable and practical design options that align with enterprise strategies and capability priorities.
*Develop and facilitate OD capability sessions withHR Partners and Leaders (Business Units, Functions and Regions) to help them be partners with PPG's OD strategy.
*Network and collaborate with the full HR and Talent teams to ensure our priorities are met e.g. HR Partners, Talent Operations, Learning & Development, People Insights, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Performance Management, HRIT, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR communications.
*Engaging and coordinating with external partners and consultants on OD projects.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, OB, I/O Psychology or related field of study. Formal Training (certification preferred) on Org Design Methodology. Prefer additional qualifications in Process facilitation and Project Management
*Established Org Design practitioner with at least 8 years prior experience working in org design, Operating Model Development, and transformation efforts. Consulting expertise with a major firm
*Systematic thinking and organizational design skills, looking to understand the interconnectedness of the organization and ability to select the levers to pull to lead desired outcome(s)
*Experience designing strategy and leading large-scale, visible OD projects.
*Familiarity in integrating organizational design, strategic workforce planning and change management as important components of transformational project focused on accelerating our performance.
*Experience working on global teams and addressing global needs with experience conscious inclusion.
*Ability to travel occasionally (~10-20%) both domestically and internationally.
