Part-Time 7p - 7a

The Nursing Assistant II performs designated tasks in the provision of age-appropriate care for patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Work assignment includes floating to any unit, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate or equivalent is required, or higher.

• Must demonstration excellent communication, customer service, telephone, and organizational and critical thinking skills.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations.

• Nursing Assistant Certification required.

• BLS required.

• One year experience in a hospital or long-term care facility required.

• Mandatory nonviolent crisis prevention training to be completed prior to end of orientation period and maintained annually.
