As a Regional Clinical Business Manager, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. This position is a clinical executive sales role with Baxter Care Solutions. The RCBM is responsible for contributing to increased sales growth, engagement, and improved profitability in key accounts. The Regional Clinical Business Manager will engage the account teams in leading and presenting our clinical and product differentiation for the Rental Care Solutions portfolio. In addition, the position contributes to the creation and provides input into the development of new value-added products and services that help differentiate Baxter from the competition

What you'll be doing
  • Effectively execute customer engagement and presentations that differentiate the Rental Care Solutions portfolio to drive growth.
  • Develop and present customer presentations that differentiate Baxter's Care Solutions from the competition
  • Build or deepen customer relationships at the management, administrative, and clinical level of targeted healthcare facilities and or healthcare systems using a consulting approach.
  • Build positive relationships and support Care Solutions field associates in the assigned region to address skill gaps, knowledge gaps, and skill improvement that drive key strategic growth targets.
  • Demonstrate an effective understanding of competitive activity in the US and continuously work to develop plan to address problem areas in the region.
  • Develop, support, and maintain ongoing leadership relationships with customers to ensure maintenance of current base and growth of new sales, aligned to the region's sales strategy
  • Develop relevant metrics that demonstrate achievement of operational and clinical goals consistent with customer initiatives. Leverage outcome- based tools to drive effectiveness of programs from the perspective of the customer and the industry.
  • Assures quality and integrity in processes, which are the cornerstones to our programs.
  • Actively support the regional sales team in achieving yearly sales and profit plan goals for the targeted accounts through clinical consultative selling.
  • Actively support product training and implementation for new and existing solutions.

What you'll bring
  • Business sense and strong financial proficiency.
  • Active RN license
  • Requires a BS degree (Nursing) with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience in management or medical sales. Graduate degree preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and social skills.
  • Professional presence and rapport with customers, and all business unit personnel within Baxter.
  • Ability to work independently with time management proficiency.
  • Travel up to 75%
  • Team orientation with effective leadership abilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team, Marketing, and Clinical teammates.
  • Effective clinical selling and negotiating skills.
  • Strong process orientation.
  • Computer competency Microsoft Office - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $156,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for commission.
