Acara Solutions is seeking a Private Client Department Lead for an Insurance powerhouse located in Pittsburgh PA.
Base Salary for this position is up to $85k/year based on experience
Bonus eligible with stock opportunities in year 3 of employment
Must be local to the Pittsburgh PA area; Hybrid work schedule offered
Selected candidate will be responsible for their own book of business while overseeing a team of 5 direct reports
As a Private Client Advisor, you would be responsible for providing superior service in maintaining the client base which includes all VIP, mid and small market; analyze and expand your client book of business by quoting, handling client requests by mail, telephone, fax, email, or in person from the policyholders, carrier representatives or others concerning their insurance needs.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Pennsylvania Insurance License, Property & Casualty
- Minimum 5 years Private Client Personal Lines experience
- Minimum 1 year of lead or direct management experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Agency Management Software, AMS 360 preferred
