Ideal candidates will have: * Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Rehabilitation Counseling or Social Work required, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the fields of Mental Health/Substance Abuse. Master's degree preferred. * CAC or CADC is required, with ongoing coursework in drug and alcohol counseling to qualify for re-certification. * Must have great communication, analytical and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a focused team. * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. * Frequent talking and listening. * Manual dexterity. * May require crisis intervention in emergency situations. * Flexibility in scheduling and available to do 24 hour on-call coverage. * Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 25 lbs. * Local travel required, including transporting program clients. * May be required to report to work during emergencies, including inclement weather.
