The Director of Facility Operations manages the operations, maintenance, and repair of the College's primary Utility Systems at the Newtown, Perkasie, Bristol and Croydon campuses. This includes but is not limited to, (HVAC) Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Associated Control System. Plumbing, Electrical, Domestic Hot and Cold-Water Systems, Sanitary and Storm Water Systems. This position is also responsible for the design, retrofit, repair and preventative maintenance of associate equipment.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Maintain an acceptable indoor environment for the entire campus community, students, faculty, and staff at the three campuses.

  • Maintain the equipment and controls that directly impact the indoor environment.

  • Supervise 24 hours, 7 days a week operation consisting of 7 people over three shifts. Manages staff and work assignments.

  • Evaluation of capital equipment for upgrade or replacement.

  • Prepare yearly operational and capital budget for submission.

  • Attending meetings as needed. Ensures compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Secondary Job Duties:

  • Provide training opportunities for self and staff.

  • Attend meetings as required.

Salary Range: $73,695 - $96,928 (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in related field preferred. (In lieu of degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of mechanical experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience.

  • Mechanical Systems Knowledge.

  • Knowledge of Sustainability and Energy Management.

  • BAS system knowledge.
