We are seeking a Case Manager to join our residential team at our Bethlehem, PA location.

The Residential Case Manager will:

  • Provide clinical/administrative coordination of admissions
  • Provide ongoing care and aftercare of all aspects of the adult CRR in a manner that considers the rights, safety, comfort and overall therapeutic environment of the resident, their family and support systems
  • responsible for the adherence of licensure policies and procedures by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse and Lehigh County Mental Health

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
  • 2 years' experience working with adults in a mental health system.
  • Prior Case Management experience preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
