The purpose of this role is to drive and manage Data & Voice Network for Clario globally including offices and Data Center. This role will work closely with Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Clario Internal teams to support IT Network Services function

The purpose of this role is to drive and manage Data & Voice Network for Clario globally including offices and Data Center. This role will work closely with Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Clario Internal teams to support IT Network Services function

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the overall Data & Voice Network services globally for Clario including Network Hardware, Software solutions and MSP (Managed Services Provider)
  • Designs, installs, configures, and maintains - Routing and switching equipment, telephony, and voicemail systems, Firewalls/IPS, VPN access, Load-balancer, DNS/DHCP, Certificate Management, MFA, NAC, Cloud (AWS/Azure) Network and wireless networks.
  • Manage all network circuits for all offices & Data Center including SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Connection, P2P, T1/E1, PRI, SIP, IPSEC and provide support to Customer services team related to Voice network i.e., EPBX, Toll Free numbers, MS-teams.
  • Research and evaluate network solutions, build business case, lead architecture and implementation efforts.
  • Lead and execute network projects to closure.
  • Work closely with technology vendors including Checkpoint, Cisco, Dell, F5, Equinix, Lumen etc to review open issues and execute improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a productive partnership with the MSP account team and team members.
  • Meet daily/weekly with MSP on Network performance, ticket backlog and service improvement opportunities.
  • Review and oversee implementation of network changes to ensure compatibility and maintain network stability and performance.
  • Maintain network hardware inventory, contracts, network budget/PO and invoices.
  • Mentors and provides for the personal growth of individual team members by sharing knowledge, industry standards, technological news, and demonstrating technical concepts.
  • Participates in the hiring process and recommends disciplinary action of team members.
  • Work with Clario procurement management function to ensure all software and hardware contracts are renewed on-time and support contract negotiations.
  • Identifies and executes cost reduction, consolidation and enhancement opportunities in Network services.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership to manage outcomes in line with IT expectations and collaborate with various teams including IT, Procurement, Finance, R&D, Vendors, Managed Service providers.

What we look for

  • BS degree required, with IT Network technical background highly desired.
  • MUST have 10+ years of experience in managing Network service (Data & Voice) for medium to large size enterprise.
  • MUST have prior experience in designing and managing network services for global offices & Data Center including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewall/VPN, Cloud (AWS/Azure) Network, Load-Balancer/WAF, NAC, DNS, Certificate Management, MFA, Wireless
  • MUST have prior experience in network circuits and call center voice infrastructure including SD-WAN, MPLS, Cloud Connection, P2P, T1/E1, PRI, SIP, IPSEC, EPBX, Toll Free numbers, MS-teams.
  • Prior experience in managing Managed Services provider and network team.
  • Prior experience in managing hardware & software vendors including Checkpoint, Cisco, F5, Dell, Lumen, Equinix, Aruba etc.
  • Ability to manage the day-to-day network services task, issues and outcomes.
  • Ability to create network diagrams and communicate complex network issues effectively.
  • Solid IT networking understanding including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SSH, BGP, OSPF, Radius, TACACS, LDAP, DNS, IPAM, Operating Systems, Servers, Storage, backup, Routers, Switches, Monitoring, SD-WAN, P2P, MPLS, IPSEC, T1/PRI, Cloud Network- AWS/Azure, Network monitoring, Wireless.
  • Solid Network Security understanding including Firewall, VPN, IPS, DNS Security, Load Balancer/WAF, Certificate Management, MFA
  • Solid understanding on IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB).
  • Ability to create Executive Summary, Reports & Dashboard, and present presentations to Senior leadership.
  • Must have excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, Visio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred - Any Networking certification including CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, F5, CISSP etc
