You will perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment. You will build wooden or steel forms, place and finish concrete, and construct or repair walls and ceilings with metal or wooden studs. You will install doors, windows, cabinets, roofing systems, wiring, and water or heat systems. You will also function as a lead worker by assigning job tasks, providing assistance, and conducting on-the-job training. Your work in our facility will help us provide a safe and inviting living space for our consumers.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime: As needed
- Work hours may change based on operational needs.

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
- Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
