  • Directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of a single practice location with 5 or more providers or multiple practice locations totaling 5 or more providers.
  • Supervises all staff and oversees all office and patient care functions while ensuring that the Einstein Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior are practiced at all times.
  • Recruits and on-boards staff as needed
  • Rounds regularly on staff; identifies and resolves individual and practice level issues.
  • Collaborates with providers in establishing patient care schedules that maximize patient access to meet and exceed practice visit targets.
  • In collaboration with physician leadership, identifies, recommends and implements plans related to practice needs: patient access, staffing, practice services, and equipment.
  • Facilitates monthly physician/management meetings: establishes agenda, prepares data, and participates in decision making.
  • Facilitates monthly management/staff meetings ensuring staff are aligned with practice performance goals.
  • Responsible for processing, analyzing, and reviewing management reports with physician leadership including (but not limited to) the Profit and Loss report, provider capacity reports, visit volume reports, and missing charge reports.
  • Manages the revenue cycle to include patient demographics, insurance verification, copay collection, and charge completion by clinical staff.
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual practice budget and manages the practice within budgetary guidelines (revenue and expense).
  • Regularly rounds on patients addressing concerns in the moment when possible.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and de-escalating events that occur in the practice.
  • Monitors patient satisfaction reports, shares data with providers and staff to discuss strategies on improving the patient experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership skills to foster team building, accountability and communication.
  • Exemplifies Einsteinrsquo;s Standards of Behavior, participating in continued education, and supporting the Einstein GPS initiative.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Bachelorrsquo;s Degree (Business or Healthcare preferred) required plus at least five years of relevant management experience in physician practice or healthcare industry.In lieu of a bachelorrsquo;s degree, must have significant experience in physician practice or healthcare industry and actively pursuing a Bachelorrsquo;s Degree
  • Must demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic medical record systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Working knowledge of medical coding and insurance terminology and requirements of healthcare regulatory agencies, i.e. HIPAA.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems and follow through with creative solutions.
