Clear Channel Outdoor

Job Summary:

This role leads the Accounting department for the Airports Division of Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCA). This position is in charge of directing daily activities of the accounting staff to accurately record revenues, expenditures, asset and liabilities of the company. This role requires establishing and preserving accounting standards to ensure error-free and prompt generation of financial statements. Working with senior business managers, this individual will be responsible for supporting consolidated branch operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring there are redundant processes in place for every critical operation
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Revenue Management departments to encourage overall development and actualization of targets and objectives
  • Maintain high level of accuracy in the use of resources through proper monitoring and efficient analysis of the Accounting department's resources and activities
  • Plan and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts reports
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting teams
  • Manage capital, payroll, T&E and commission functions
  • Manage international tax reporting processes and filing requirements
  • Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Supports budgeting and analytics
  • Supports additional special projects

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field required

Work Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of financial operations and capital budgets
  • Advertising agency, media vendor and/or related industries a plus

  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
