Job Summary (Primary function)

As a member of the US Marketing / Product Strategy team, the candidate for this position will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the marketing programs to support the launch of a new product in GVHD.. The candidate will help lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives focused on health care professionals and patients. This candidate will work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including Sales, Market Insights, Medical Affairs and external agency partners.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
* Lead the development and implementation of an integrated marketing strategy focused on healthcare professionals to achieve business objectives and sales targets
* Develop and execute promotional programs and tactics, manage through the MLR process and ensure alignment and integration across channels
* Develop patient-facing programs and support advocacy efforts
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations and other key functional areas including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal
* Coordination with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to incorporate program learnings and customer insights into future initiatives
* Work closely with key oncology stakeholders including nurses, hospitals, office staff, GPOs, and professional societies.
* Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge
* Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization
* Budget preparation and maintenance
* Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
* 5 - 8+ years work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing including launch experience of new products or indications
* Experience working with external vendors on a day-to-day basis and managing promotional budgets
* Ability to collaborate closely with agencies and other team members
* Experience developing multi-channel promotional plans for pharmaceutical or biotechnology products
* Specialty pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience preferred including experience in hematology, oncology, or inflammation
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage project autonomously
* Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities
* Launch experience strongly preferred
