Pediatric Radiologist

Expertise is required in the specific area of Body Imaging with a focus on Pediatric Diagnostic Radiology. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. American Board of Radiology eligibility and completion of fellowship training in pediatric radiology or equivalent is required.

  • Faculty appointments at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine

  • Full range of high-quality imaging cases, with over 300,000 studies per year between our University City Campus, King of Prussia Campus and other satellites.

  • Ability to subspecialize (MSK, Cardiovascular and Lymphatic Imaging, Fetal Imaging, Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology)

  • Dedicated clinical research core that provides numerous research resources

  • Dedicated education team provides comprehensive lecture curriculum and teaching opportunities

  • Consistently in top 5 in US News and World Report

  • Continued enterprise growth with new patient tower opening in 2028

Education Qualifications

  • Doctorate Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of hospital policies, practices and protocols as well as applicable regulations and guidelines. Knowledge of computer systems and applications. (Required proficiency)
  • Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision-making. (Required proficiency)
  • Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients and the public. (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports. (Required proficiency)
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic). (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

  • Medical License - in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any states practicing in - upon hire - Required and
  • Board Certification - Medical Sub/Specialty - - upon hire - Required and
  • DEA License - - upon hire - Required
