Job Description:
The Data and AI Practice Leader will be responsible for leading and growing a6 data and AI practice, emphasizing Generative AI, overseeing consulting and advisory services, the delivery of high-quality solutions, and driving business development efforts. This role will require delivering outcomes by integrating deep domain expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and cloud with other industry best practices optimizing data to create imaginative new outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities:
Consultative Advisor: Advisor and partner with clients solving business problems by leveraging Generative AI. Credible client centricity, comfortable discussing issues at C-level, IT Executive or senior architect level influencing preference for differentiated solutions to challenges, practice offerings, capabilities and solutions.
Sales Orientation: Growth orientation building prospects. Intellectually curious, creative, and entrepreneurial. Pipeline development, generating the art of the possible challenging the status-quo to create new breakthroughs. Balance of sales and Solutioning with domain expertise in a few industries.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver value-added solutions. Business Development: Initiate engagement with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Engage with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and present compelling proposals. Practice Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the data and AI practice, including setting goals, defining the vision, methodologies and establishing best practices. Solution Design and Delivery: Direct the design and delivery of end-to-end data and AI solutions, ensuring they align with clients' objectives, requirements, and industry best practices. Oversee the implementation, integration, and deployment of data and AI systems. Strong partner ecosystem orientation for delivery. Team Development and Management: Build and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, AI engineers, and consultants. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence. Thought Leadership: Depth in Generative AI, industry best practices, emerging technologies, and emerging developments in ML, AI and data management. Shared insights, conference presentations, and publication of thought leadership content to establish the company as a leader in the field. Project Direction: Ensure successful project execution by defining project plans, managing resources, monitoring progress, key dependencies, and mitigating risks. Drive projects to meet deadlines, budget constraints, with quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the data and AI practice, including processes, tools, and methodologies. Identify areas for innovation, automation, and efficiency gains.
