Job Summary (Primary function)
This individual will support commercial deliverables for Advanced Practice Provider (APP) engagement, peer-to-peer initiatives, and development of educational materials. This individual works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders including Oncology Nurse Educators (OCNEs), Market Insights, the MLR team and external agency partners.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities):

* Develop and implement an integrated personnel / non-personnel marketing strategy focused on APPs to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

* Manage materials through the MLR process and ensure alignment and integration across channels

* Develop promotional and educational materials for APPs specializing in hematology oncology and stem cell transplant

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the OCNE team, Sales, Sales Operations and other key functional areas including Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal.

* Coordination with Commercial Analysis and Market Insights to incorporate program learnings and customer insights into future initiatives.

* Work closely with key oncology stakeholders including nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians' assistants, GPOs, and professional societies.

* Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge.

* Ensure seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization.

* Budget preparation and maintenance.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency):

  • NP, PA, Nurse experience, preferably in hematology oncology and/or stem cell transplant
  • 3-5 years' work experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology product marketing, preferably in oncology
  • Experience working with external brand agencies and vendors on day-to-day basis
  • High energy, creativity, and aptitude for handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Project Management experience and experience with internal Medical, Legal, Regulatory process is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong technical skills required in order to develop content
