Primary Function:

Responsible for overall clinical, administrative and fiscal operations of AdultCrisis Response Centers.
Member of the Einstein Behavioral Health Leadership team. Provides clinical and administrative supervision to both clinical and non-clinical staff of the program. Supervises programming services. Promotes the effective and efficient operation of the program, including, but not limited to, supervision of staff activity to ensure compliance with the DBH/IDS contract, and annual CRC specific competencies and trainings. Assists Medical Director in complying with AEHN QI requirements. Assists in completion of CRC budget process.

This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) children, adolescents, and adults in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Education/Training/Experience:

Master#39;s Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology or related field (required).

Must have at least five years clinical experience (required).

At least two years supervisory/managerial experience (preferred).

Licenses/Certifications:

Current PA License in respective discipline (required).

Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.
