Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Bridge Intern, we'll count on you to:

• Offer real-world experience on exciting projects
• Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
• Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering program
• Attention to detail a must
• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Position requirements include knowledge in structural design principles with experience in automated design tools (Microstation, AutoCAD, InRoads, or Civil 3D), and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment are a must.
• Level(s) of Experience Sought: Intermediate - Some related work or volunteer experience/second Co-op or Internship / Advanced - Previous related work experience/final Co-op or Internship
• Preference given to local candidates
