Earn $52,000 to $55,000 annually based on education, experience, and professional license

Position Details

The CCBHC Therapist is a salaried position and primary member of the behavioral health outpatient treatment team in a Merakey Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This therapy position is responsible for providing intake evaluations and individual therapy to both adults and children/adolescents. The position is also responsible for completing all necessary clinical documentation, including (but not limited to) treatment plans, therapy notes, incident reports, behavioral health screenings, follow-up interventions, as well as making referrals and coordinating care with other providers as appropriate. As a member of the outpatient treatment team, the CCBHC therapist initiates, maintains, and promotes the active engagement of clients in treatment wherein individuals can learn to live well with their mental health diagnosis. Please note, there is not a billable hour requirement for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in the field of counseling required
• 1-3 years of experience required
• Licensure preferred (LCSW or LPC)
• 1-year clinical internship required.
