Sales Representative - Strategic Accounts, SAE Media Group

Background

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SMG is seeking a dynamic salesperson to join our team! The new position of strategic accounts representative will be responsible for advertising and sponsorship sales in three key growth markets: sustainable mobility, automated/autonomous vehicles, and advanced manufacturing. This salesperson will represent the full portfolio of SMG products including magazines, newsletters, webinars, online events, and custom publications as described at saemediagroup.com, calling on a global account base.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in B2B advertising sales a +++

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30%-40% of the time

$60,000 base salary plus tiered commission and bonus opportunities. Strong benefits package including 401k match and healthcare plan.
