To meet these challenges, TRC is currently seeking applicants for Construction Technicians to join our Construction Engineering and Inspection Practice in Pennsylvania.

Qualified Inspectors are needed for:

• Highway / Roadway Construction Inspection.
• Bridge and Structures Inspection.

• College Graduate with BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Other engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering can be considered.
• Registered Engineer-in-Training (EIT) desired.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) a plus but not required at time of hiring.
• Certification such as the following are not required but beneficial:
  • NICET Highway Construction.
  • NECEPT Bituminous Field Technician.
  • NECEPT Certified Concrete Field Technician.
  • ACI Grade I - Concrete Field Technician.
• Three (3) - five (5) years of transportation, highway or bridge construction engineering, design and /or construction inspection experience.
