Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Schedule, coordinate, assist with external and internal meetings and communications of assigned senior managers.
-Work closely with admin leader and line manager to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
-Manage expense records and assist with reimbursement.
-Coordinate flights, accommodations, visas, and all logistics for senior managers' business travel. -Provide general support to office visitors.
-Maintain, organize, and support organizational documentation and records, including those sensitive or confidential in nature.
-Internal compliance verification and monitoring
-Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Education, ability and seniority:
-Bachelor above.
-Fluent in English.

-Worked at Multinational Corporation and coordinated with the peers from cross-regions.

-5 years above working experience as a team admin, Sales dept would be a plus.

Personal skills:
-Strong organizational, problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities
-Interpersonal and communication skills, work well both in a team and as an individual
-Microsoft Office, especially excel, word and ppt
