Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our company. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors. You will be tasked with monitoring and patrolling company premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the company premises to ensure the safety of employees and visitors
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, and security breaches
• Ensure that all company security protocols are followed and adhered to
• Provide a visible and reassuring presence to deter criminal activity and help maintain order
• Respond quickly and appropriately to any security-related incidents
• Conduct security checks of employees and visitors as necessary
• Ensure that all company assets, equipment, and property are secure
• Work with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
• Communicate effectively with other security personnel and company management

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a security guard or similar role
• Excellent observational and surveillance skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
