What success looks like in this role:

The Global Mobility Sr. HR Manager consults, coordinates and ensures the effective delivery of Unisys global mobility programs that help support the attraction and retention of our global workforce. They oversee and administer long and short term international assignments along with our overall immigration practices globally. The Sr. Manager works collaboratively with HR, business leaders, associates and potential associates in ensuring successful mobility strategies are implemented and aligned to the Company's strategic growth plan.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all immigration, visa and international assignments
  • Ensure a high level of service with a key focus on associate experience.
  • Responsible for program compliance, supplier partner management and ensuring the program meets the needs of our regional and global business and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement policy, process, technology and vendor management improvements by identifying business needs and anticipates changes in both our business and the market to ensure competitive positioning and visibility.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant market trends and practices.
  • Develop, deliver and support international assignment programs, immigration and relocation.
  • Partner with legal immigration vendor to provide guidance and direction to the business leaders.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company on the overall coordination of the global mobility program (e.g., Payroll, Tax, Travel).
  • Collaborate with immigration/mobility vendors to continually refine processes and manage costs.
  • Manage the contracts with 3rd party vendors including SOW creation and maintenance.
  • Manage and reconciling all invoicing with 3rd party vendors and Unisys, allocating costs to individual cost centers.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Experience in managing and administering global mobility programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience in working with and managing external vendors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 8 plus years progressively responsible experience with a majority of this within the global mobility space.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in global mobility
  • High degree of organizational ability
  • Exceptional quality of work and attention to detail
  • Prior leadership experience preferred

Undergraduate college degree or equivalent is required
* Typically 8 years of progressively responsible experience
* Professional certification and/or Master's Degree are desirable. Demonstrates depth of experience and has led several successful medium to large scale projects within a region or COE
