What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for internal reporting which satisfies the requirements of client groups

- Sets and directs action plans

- Understands functional concepts and drives results

- Encourages others to consider innovative alternatives and contributes to business strategy

- May manage one or more teams of professionals

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administation (required); and a minimum of 8 years of experience in related area

- In some roles, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

- Familiarity with common financial systems and experience in system interaction

- Experience working in a global organization (preferred)

- Experience in managing a team of professionals may be required in some roles

- Effective communication skills expressed through conversation, instructing, written memos, written work instructions and flow charts

- Strong presentation skills including the ability to successfully represent data and ideas

- Ability to work in a team environment and lead special projects
