About the team

The RFP Deal Support team produces professional and complete Request for Proposal (RFP) response documents of the highest quality possible. The Deal Support Team makes sure all the requirements are met within the client deadlines through expert project management and communication. The final response will showcase sales messages and the solution's differentiators to present a response that highlights FIS' strengths.

What you will be doing

The Proposal Manager (PM) will collaborate with sales in determining necessary resources and setting timeframes of sales deliverables relating to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other sales proposals. The PM will coordinate and manage internal resources to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved during the proposal process. The PM will produce primary sales documents incorporating supplier inputs and related sales documentation and will engage with the sales teams to guide powerful and effective messaging in those documents. They assemble the responses into a customer-ready state by personalizing documents and performing format, grammar, branding and consistency edits.

What you bring

  • Professional experience in a fast-paced, multi-project financial technology environment
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior Proposal Management experience
  • Strong project management skills required to support RFP deliverables process
  • Experience with Qvidian or other RFP content database
  • Experience in working in RFP online submission portals
  • Strong communication skills with sales and product teams
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills

Added bonus if you have:

  • Proposal Managements experience in the fintech industry
