BPAS - ESOP Consultant (Job ID: 2536)

Hours/Week: 40 hours Location: US:PA:Huntingdon Valley

Minimum Pay Rate:

Relevant experience and education will be taken into consideration when determining actual starting pay rate.


We are seeking a detail-oriented Plan Consultant with in-depth knowledge of ESOPs and significant experience in providing ESOP administration and consulting services. This position offers highly-experienced candidates the flexibility to work remotely from home or on-site at one of our offices. This position is responsible for all aspects of plan administration and consulting, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, and regulatory reporting.


Qualifications:


--Bachelor's degree

--3+ years recent hands-on ESOP administration experience

--Strong technical and analytical skills

--Experience with complex ESOP compliance testing

--Excellent Excel skills

--Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload

--Outstanding written and oral communication skills

--QPA or QKA certification and ESOP certification highly desirable
