This position provides strategic guidance to team and Project Managers and various Regional and Corporate staff. The Program Manager oversees all functional areas of the project that they oversee including P&L, construction, budgeting, timeline, and operations. Their primary goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to the organization.

- Organize, promote, and implement effective program initiatives
- Collect and analyze customer metrics to drive the appropriate behavior to achieve goals
- Lead program teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among functional teams
- Diligent tracking of Client expectations and meeting those expectations through service delivery team.
- P&L Tracking, Quote submittals, Invoice Fulfillment
- Responsible for Managing Project document submission through customer acceptance
- Contract Management & Stakeholder
- Internal & External Program Reporting with Metrics
- Run Daily & Weekly Reporting Calls
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors in Engineering, A&E or related field
- Experience in A&E, preferably in telecommunictions
- 5+ years of experience project management or related functional areas
- Working knowledge of engineering work prints and the ability to understand and interpret construction documents
- Ability to direct crews and communicate with team members and customers
- Must be highly proficient with the Microsoft office Suites
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, written and verbal skills
- Must be self-motivated with a proactive approach to working with diverse teams
