We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Gas Engineering Team based at either our Norwell, MA or Colonie, NY; office location.

YOUR IMPACT

CHA delivers safe, cost-efficient, and reliable designs of transmission pipelines, custody transfer stations, distribution mains, regulator stations, and customer connections. Our services span from concept to customer service connection.

At CHA, our Assistant Project Manager will help coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion while also tracking deliverables and reporting back to Project Managers in a timely fashion. Specific duties will include handling master service agreements and submitting proposals for natural gas distribution projects. This role is key in helping maintain positive vendor and client relationships. The right individual for this Assistant Project Manager will be a detail-oriented self-starter who excels in a collaborative work environment.

REQUIREMENTS
    Associate Degree in engineering, architecture. science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • No prior experience required, however, prior internship(s) and/or applicable coursework preferred
  • Ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule of technical tasks preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision is a plus
  • Occasional travel may be required
