Job Description

HyperX is looking for a seasoned Product Manager for the Keyboard product category. You will play an integral role in defining the product roadmap vision, prioritizing features, and leading the product development from conception to launch.

You will ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Must have passion for products and follows the latest technology trend to deliver the next cutting-edge product line for gamers!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Defining the product strategy, roadmap, and positioning of the product portfolio
  • Managing entire product lifecycle from ideation, to development, go-to-market strategy, and end of life transition
  • Analysing competitive market data and consumer feedback
  • Driving technology roadmap through research and validating prototypes
  • Collaborating with engineering, business, marketing, design team to solve product challenges and come up with go to market strategies
  • Deep understanding of different types of keyboard switches including optical
  • Acting as a leader within the company and champion for our products

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years product manager experience in gaming hardware industry
  • Understand developing products at a manufacturing and component level
  • Experience in product BOM cost analytics, defining competitive product features that fulfils the business cost structure
  • Demonstrated successful product launches
  • Experience working with overseas team members and time-zone
  • Attuned with the latest PC gaming products, technologies, and games
  • Understand gaming hardware and ergonomics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mandarin speaking preferred
  • Business Management and Project Management experience a plus
  • Gamer preferred
  • Strong business sense, detailed, excellent communication, highly motivated, goal-oriented, ability to work independently and with different teams across the organization.
