Bilingual Recruitment Manager- up to $80k- Kennett Square, PA

Our client, a highly reputable agricultural company, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruitment Manager to lead their robust recruiting team in Kennett Square. The ideal individual has a strong recruitment background, prior managerial experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

• Bachelor's Degree required


• Bilingual in Spanish/English required


• 3+ years of traditional HR/recruitment experience


• Prior high volume recruitment experience required


• Active HRCI or SHRM certification preferred

Day to Day:

• Oversee the recruitment functions including strategy, talent acquisition and development, employee relations, and organizational development


• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt positions including screening, sourcing, and interviewing candidates in person and virtually


• Spearhead recruitment efforts for the Operations Team, Management, and Senior Level Executives


• Negotiate the terms of employment for final round candidates


• Lead the development and implementation of training, development, and performance management for the recruitment team


• Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies and procedure


• Oversee four direct reports within the HR team
