POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for creating brand awareness and market share growth by planning and implementing marketing strategies and promotional programs targeting existing and new clients and market segments. This position will work alongside subject matter experts to build business cases and launch plans for new ventures and integrated marketing plans for existing base businesses.

Essential Functions Statements(s)

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and multichannel campaigns designed to generate sales leads for specific parts of ECRI's business.
  • In conjunction with the business leaders, maintain the health of the product portfolio using ECRI's life cycle management process.
  • Work with sales teams to provide sales enablement tools that drive engagement. Guide and advise sales leaders and sales staff to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales tactics.
  • Monitor competitor's products, services and marketing activities and report back insights to the business.
  • In collaboration with the subject matter experts, create compelling content that drives customer engagement.
  • Work with PR manager to identify impactful media opportunities.
  • Work with Social Media manager to create engaging social media content.
  • Understand and justify what tradeshows are most effective for driving business and building awareness.
  • Create and maintain organization web content that supports the business goals.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of recent experience in healthcare B2B Marketing
  • Experience building integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, especially using digital marketing tactics
  • Proficient in developing effective PowerPoint sales pitch decks for sales team use
  • Experience with website content development
  • Ability to work with engineers, scientists, PhDs, MDs
  • Ability to work independently and also across multidisciplinary work force

Education: BS or BA in Business, Marketing or Communications degree (MBA - Marketing preferred)

Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office 2007+
