Position Description:
Searching for a candidate to support the migration of classroom training content, including all presentations, hands-on labs, and quizzes and exams to an eLearning environment.
Candidate will have experience with:
- Utilizing Articulate or similar software to develop eLearning course material
- Migrating existing classroom content to an asynchronous online environment
- Developing xAPI or SCORM/AICC compliant eLearning content for publishing to an LMS
Candidate will:
- Create eLearning course content to include presentations, lab-based exercises, and quizzes and tests to ensure information retention
- Update eLearning course content based on customer direction, classroom version changes, and/or relevant student feedback
- Closely track contract deliverables, ensuring assigned items are delivered in a timely manner
- Keep skills up-to-date in order to contribute to course updates and development of hands-on exercises for the students
- Develop customized courses as required

Required:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience with various Learning Management Systems
- Adult learning best practices
- Highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Desired:
- Knowledge of DoD Networks and STIGs
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and DoD RMF
- Knowledge of cybersecurity policy and guidance
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex technical content and present it simply and clearly
- Ensure course learning objectives are met
- Previous teaching experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer or Engineering field or 5 years of relevant experience.
Additional Required Certifications:
DoD 8570 IAT II or higher: CCNA or CCNP Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH.
Preferred Certifications:
CTT+
Clearance Requirement:
