The role will focus on building out the Bank's 2LOD Compliance Privacy Program (i.e. disclosures, Regulation P, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA, and COPPA) and the Regulatory Change Program.

Position Title:Lead Compliance Program Specialist

Business Unit:Compliance

Reports to:Varies by Assignment

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for helping to facilitate the corporation and its subsidiaries/facilities compliance with regulatory requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of compliance risks within the corporation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Completes independent Compliance Risk Assessments for coverage/subject matter expertise areas and would be part of all Regulatory Change and Corporate Compliance programs for areas of coverage.

Performs annual monitoring, issue remediation oversight, and project oversight.

Develops, monitors, and challenges metrics/KRIs.

Guides compliance monitoring activities based on risk assessments, working closely with lines of business.

Drafts and implement Compliance policies and procedures for subject areas.

Drafts presentations and reports, as necessary, to provide management and executives with compliance related information.

Reviews and challenges of first line of defense activities.

Reviews compliance and risk reports to identify deeper issues and common themes.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
