About this role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general office support and customer service by phone, face to face addressing client concerns to supervisors being sure to take messages, welcome clients being sure to verify insurance, collect any applicable co-pays and schedule appointments as needed. Additional duties include review and distribution of mail, fax/scans and other client records to ensure accuracy and completion as required and within the guidelines of HIPAA regulations.
