Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire test systems according to schematics, drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with 19" rack assemblies and associated hardware (slides, rails, panels)
  • Build and assemble (crimp/solder) wires and connectors for electronic cables assemblies.
  • Perform PCB assembly and soldering as needed.
  • Wire AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies and fuses/breakers/components in custom chassis.
  • Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics to troubleshoot test system components.
  • Utilize a variety of testing equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve testing issues.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field with at least 2years experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in soldering and PCB assembly techniques.
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and ability to troubleshoot based on schematic diagrams.
  • Experience using testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
