Review documentation and accounts for accuracy
• Process payments to vendors and brokers
• Ensure that all transactions are booked in the operating system daily.
• Audit file for accurate entry into the System.
• Provide support to the collateral specialist and customer experience team as needed.
• Assists in the development of new business. Is alert to expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Directs customers to appropriate person to establish business relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred.

• Ability to use technologies to access account information and process transactions.

• Self-Starter who is solution and detail orientated.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management.
