Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with reading electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and re-work documentation
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Certified in IPC J-STD-001 Class 3, WHMA-A-620, IPC-7711/IPC-7721 standards.
- Surface mount and through-hole assembly.
- Understanding of basic electrical principles
- Adaptability to changing environments and project needs.
- Practical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio Strong communication skills.
