The Health and Human Services (HHS) IT Delivery Center provides end-to-end IT services to all staff in the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP), and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging (PDA). This is a mid-level development position working in a team environment. This position supports manual and automated testing functions for ALL HHS DC applications, both internal and enterprise applications. The work includes the development of various test types such as functional tests, regression tests, exploratory tests, and creation of input data for test cases for all HHS DC applications for use with the automated framework.
You will have the opportunity to work on testing teams in the area of ADA/Section 508 Accessibility Compliance Testing in support of the Section 508 Amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Additionally, as this is a development position, any application developed which interfaces with users must adhere to these standards.
