Who You Are:

You are a finance professional with a background in accounting or finance, preferably with experience in manufacturing or plant settings. You are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are comfortable working in an office and on the production floor. Your core competencies include:

• Finance and Manufacturing Acumen: Deep understanding of financial operations and manufacturing processes.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced ability in Excel and familiarity with SAP.
• Communication: Strong ability to convey complex information to management and staff effectively.
• Operational Efficiency: Experience with cost accounting, operations analysis, and value generation.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional at managing multiple tasks and committed to continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will:

• Optimize Financial Processes: Maintain and improve our costing system, prepare cost recommendations, and execute cost models for changes or new items.
• Analyze and Report: Conduct labor, overhead, and warehouse rate analysis. Review and facilitate period end reporting and functional spend.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide financial insights that help drive business decisions.
• Collaborate on Budgets: Assist in forecasting and budget activities, ensuring financial strategies align with company goals.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Handle ad hoc analytical tasks, demonstrating advanced reporting skills to support decision-making processes

SAP knowledge preferred (preferred)
