POSITION SUMMARY

The SGK Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our internal marketing efforts and ensuring our brand is effectively communicated across various marketing channels. They will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our design, packaging, pre-media, and brand experience services to our B2B clients. Their primary focus will be on leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, foster client relationships, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our company's brand and business objectives. Identify target audiences, select appropriate social media platforms, and create engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Generate compelling, relevant, and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Curate and repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and impact.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and execute targeted paid social media advertising campaigns to amplify our reach, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website or landing pages. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and provide regular reports on key metrics.
  • Social Listening and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms. Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer journey across various touchpoints.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 6+ years progressive product marketing and/or product management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
