We are currently hiring a Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hybrid* in Breinigsville PA.

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support and consultation to Recruiters and Coordinators in the successful experience of our candidates and hiring teams, from sourcing and screening, to coordination and logistics of the candidate flow through administering pre-employment screenings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the sourcing and screening of our early talent, seasonal, and high-volume hiring.

*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

What You'll Brew:

• Develop and maintain tracking of candidates at various stages of our process
• Execute management of the contingent worker program through organizing and working with vendors and hiring leaders
• Utilize judgment in reviewing pre-employment results to determine next step in hiring process
• Open, post and advertise positions as needed in support of experienced and early talent program hiring
• Responsible for screening and interviewing candidates to move forward in the hiring process
• Work on ad-hoc recruiting projects
• Travel for recruiting event support and team/company sponsored meetings

What Ingredients You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience coordinating through the hiring process
• Previous experience maintaining sensitive data, responding to requests, and handling multiple priorities while meeting pre-determined deadlines

Physical Requirements

• May be required to periodically lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs
• Ability to sit in front of a computer, tablet, etc. for an extended period of time
• Bending, twisting and reaching * Willingness to wear PPE
• 5-10 bullet points (Include physical demands in the section if required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting multiple Talent Acquisition Recruiters at a time
• Experience in an HR department within food, beverage, or other consumer branded/manufacturing business is a plus
• Solution oriented problem solver
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong sense of urgency and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Level: 7

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe salary range for this role if hired is $45,900 - $93,600 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Certain sales positions are also eligible for car allowance.
