As a Manager of the Medical Department, you will provide ongoing expertise to assist the Department Chairman with medical staff issues and/or the credentialing and re-credentialing process. Managing the coordinator(s) of the training program, you will have additional responsibilities which will include coordinating the communication process for the Department/Training Program and quality review process within the Department. This position supports Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology and EP.

Position: Manager, Medical Department- Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, EP- This position is 100% onsite.
Shift: Day Shift

Experience:
1. Must have 5-10 years experience in Medical Education.
2. Previous management experience in same highly desirable.
3. Must be well versed in general operations of the organization, its mission and strategic plan.
4. Should have experience in Medical Staff and Residency affairs; Management experience in same highly desirable.
5. Willing to commit to lifelong learning. Must possess energy and ability to make independent judgments as required and as within limits of responsibility.

Education:
1. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
2. Master's Degree preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
(TAGME) Certification in Medical Staff Credential/Privileging may be required.
