• Make an Impact! As a Clinical Therapy Educator, you will coordinate and develop education to enhance the culture of safety and quality of patient care. The Clinical Therapy Educator is responsible, with support from Therapy Division Managers, for the orientation, training, competency validation, and continuing education of the homecare therapy staff. The Clinical Therapy Educator demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide/teach age appropriate care, as well as care to diverse patient populations, within the assigned clinical areas.

Position: Clinical Therapy Educator - Home Care
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Day Shift; Weekend and Holiday rotation

Experience:
1. Minimum of three (3) years experience in managing staff in an educational environment. 2. Minimum of five years recent
clinical experience in home care

Education:
Graduate of a PT or OT program is required. Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
Current Pennsylvania PT or OT license
Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire
Valid Driver's license and insured automobile (as applicable)
