Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist is an essential part of the recruiting team and will be responsible for supporting the TA team in their recruitment efforts. The TA Specialist will ensure a positive and successful hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and to grow alongside the business within the Human Resources and TA functions.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops relationships with candidates and hiring managers to provide an excellent hiring and onboarding experience
  • Leads the operational success of the Co-op/Internship Program
  • Fosters relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Schedules interviews, communicates interview logistics, and hosts candidate visits to Globus' campus
  • Posts and edits requisitions and maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
  • Serves as the point of contact for general inquiries regarding the recruitment process
  • Manages college and university recruitment programs; attending career fairs and helping to build the Globus brand on various campuses nationwide
  • Oversees the administration of third-party job platforms
  • Deploys onsite and virtual orientations company-wide
  • Processes HR invoices and candidate expenses
  • Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports
  • Maintains relationships with agencies for recruitment purposes
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of Human Resources experience in an administrative capacity
  • Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple priories simultaneously; willingness to be flexible and to adapt quickly to changes
  • Well organized, detail-oriented team player capable of working in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as social media platforms
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
